General

Quilt my design By Linette Vibæk Jakobsen sells a subscription service on the site, https://quiltmydesign.dk/. The terms and conditions are effective between the individual user and Quilt my design By Linette Vibæk Jakobsen.

These terms and conditions for usage are effective for agreements between Quilt my design By Linette Vibæk Jakobsen and a physical person (from here on after “The User”) regarding this service. Only individuals who are above the age of 18 and reside in Denmark, are able to enter into agreements with Quilt my design By Linette Vibæk Jakobsen regarding this service.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a collective agreement, which is valid between The User and Quilt my design By Linette Vibæk Jakobsen.

To access the Service, The User is required to read and accept the Terms and Conditions.

Extend of Service

The User is granted access to the Service on Quilt my design By Linette Vibæk Jakobsen’s website upon ordering a subscription.

Access the Service

The User is required to register a user account in oder to access the service.

Registration and User Access

The User is responsible for ensuring, that the information provided is accurate at the time of registration. Upon registration, The User may only provide information regarding their own payment and credit cards.

When registering, The User is required to enter a user name and a password (hereafter “Login Information”). The Users Login Information is personal and may not be used by others unless otherwise stated on the product.

The User is required to keep the Login Information in a safe place so that others cannot gain unauthorized access to them. The User is responsible for all use of his or hers user account.

If The User suspects illegal use of The User Login Information, The User must immediately notify Quilt my design By Linette Vibæk Jakobsen and also change the password of the account.

Fees and Payment methods

Fees for using the Service must be paid according to the existing price list, which is available on the website.

The subscription is prepaid before every month.

The User is required to pay for the subscription through the means of payment methods offered by
Quilt my design By Linette Vibæk Jakobsen on the website. The User commits to sign the necessary documents and to have sufficient funds available for payment through the chosen payment method at each payment date.

Adjustments and Changes

Quilt my design By Linette Vibæk Jakobsen reserves the right to change the fees and other Terms of the Service. The change must be notified to The User no later than thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. In the event of such changes, The User is entitled to terminate the subscription with effect from the date on which the change takes effect. If The User does not terminate the subscription before the change takes effect, it must be considered acceptance of the change. Changes that are obviously beneficial to The User apply immediately without the right of cancellation of the User.

Termination of Subscription

Payment

Quilt my design By Linette Vibæk Jakobsen accepts online payments with the following credit cards Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.

When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which is a debit card, the payment will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we withdraw or decline the payment.

All prices on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:
Denmark – Kroner (DKK), USA – Dollars (USD), Euro (EUR)

Quilt my design By Linette Vibæk Jakobsen uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.

Delivery and Shipment

The delivery time for your order is 3-5 hverdage.

Quilt my design By Linette Vibæk Jakobsen uses GLS – Privat, GLS – Pakkeshop, PostNord – Privat, PostNord – Valgfrit udleveringssted, DAO – Direkte, DAO – Pakkeshop for shipment of your ordered items.

Freight cost is calculated from the weight of the items.

You can choose to have your shipment sent with delivery to your home address or the nearest package shop.

You will receive a Track and Trace-numer upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.

If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal)

Quilt my design By Linette Vibæk Jakobsen offers a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

Any return costs you incur yourself.

The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the delivery, and be with us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.

If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us an e-mail om shop@quiltmydesign.dk. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.

Condition of the item you have returned

You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
This means, that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. This means, that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to Quilt my design By Linette Vibæk Jakobsen to evaluate the item’s condition.

Warranty

There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.

Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to Quilt my design By Linette Vibæk Jakobsen in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider af maximum of months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.

Please note that we only sell wholesale products to registered businesses, not individual consumers.

Required Product Order Quantities

Minimum quantities are indicated on the website, typically 3 pieces. These may change due to manufacturer’s packaging and other shipping constraints.

Products

All patterns are available in either Danish or English. Companies outside Denmark will automatically receive the patterns in English unless otherwise specified in the order’s comment section.
Some sewing kits will be panels – meaning all fabrics are printed on one single piece of fabric, while other sewing kits will contain fabrics cut into smaller pieces and packed together. All colors in the sewing kits will match the colors used in the sewn model, ensuring the same look as in the picture.

Panels/sewing kits are sold only with patterns.

Some sewing kits are cut in limited quantities, so if this item is ordered multiple times, there may be slight variations in the fabrics used (not color differences). These items may also be discontinued, so if they are needed for, e.g., teaching, it is advisable to order the desired quantity upfront to ensure availability.

If a panel is ordered, it will be the same each time. However, the manufacturer may have slight differences in dyeing from production to production.

The patterns are printed on both sides of the paper and in A4 format.

Product Prices

Quilt My Design strives to maintain accurate prices on our website and printed materials. However, we acknowledge that errors and changes may occur. Quilt My Design is not responsible for typographical errors, printing errors, or manufacturer price changes. All prices are subject to change without notice. If you are concerned about your prices, please contact customer service.

Shipping Costs

The customer pays for shipping costs and any customs fees. Shipping is done via DAO, GLS, or PostNord. If a specific shipping company is desired, it should be noted on the order. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the shipment.

Delivery Time

All items will be shipped together. Note that some items are in stock and others need to be produced, with a shipping date of up to 10 weeks.
The manufacturer may stop producing items or decide not to print an item without notice. If and when this happens, we will notify you of the products that cannot be shipped. These items will be credited immediately.

If you want to receive in-stock items before the items to be produced, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of both shipments.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing via email. However, cancellation can only occur if the fabric has not gone into production. Once the fabric is in production, the order is binding, as these items are custom-ordered specifically for you.
Quilt My Design is not responsible for delays, shortages, or errors from the manufacturer.

Payment

Once the order is placed, an invoice will be sent to the customer. This invoice must be paid within 8 days, otherwise, it will be canceled. Once the invoice is paid, the order will go into production.
Note that the order must be paid before production begins.

Return Policy

All returns must be agreed upon with Quilt My Design before they are sent back. If not agreed upon in advance, they may be refused upon receipt and returned at the sender’s expense. Also, if the item is shipped from a third-party location, it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
The customer must notify Quilt My Design within 20 days from the shipping date of any discrepancies in items/quantity, defective product issues, or return requests.

Items ordered by mistake, unwanted, or refused will not be refunded. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items shipped by Quilt My Design in error will be fully credited upon arrival back to Quilt My Design using the prepaid return shipping label issued by Quilt My Design.
Damaged items received by the customer from Quilt My Design will be credited upon submission of requested proof.

Return Process

Step 1:

Contact Quilt My Design within 20 days from the shipping date for any discrepancies, defective items, or damaged items.

Step 2:

Provide the following information:
Invoice or shipping number found on the packing slip
Item number(s) and quantity
Reason for return
A picture of the defective/damaged item

Step 3:

You will receive a return shipping label via the email registered with your customer information.

Step 4:

Pack the items securely and properly for shipment. Include a copy of the invoice and affix the shipping label outside the box. Deliver the box to the shipping company listed on the return label.

Step 5:

Upon receipt of your package, Quilt My Design will inspect the items and issue a credit note. Please note that returns must follow the guidelines in Quilt My Design’s return policy. You will receive a credit note in the same manner as you receive your invoices.

Ambassador for Quilt My Design

You have the opportunity to have me (Linette) visit your store, where I will show you and your customers both new items and models. This way, you can attract customers and demonstrate the use of each panel. Customers will have the opportunity to ask questions, and there will be demonstrations of application techniques and embroidery stitches used in the models.
